The goal is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature with nature.

In this time of social distancing I am offering phone therapy sessions. I specialize in sports psychology, depression and anxiety. I encourage my clients to walk while engaging in conversation because bilateral brain stimulation has been proven to reduce trauma responses. And, let’s face it, we feel better when we are moving.

I suffered my first major injury in February 2020 and sought advice from other athletes on how to cope with losing what I believed to be my identity. I know how important athletics are to one’s sense of self, and I also know what losing that feels like. I encourage and support my clients through injury and help them discover and nourish other aspects of their identities. Thus, ICED the podcast was born.
